About Me
I’ve been a stay at home parent my two autistic children for many years and now I’m looking to regain some of my independence by doing something I love most - babysitting and caring for children! (I also offer mothers help/home help services too if required. Just ask me for more info.)
I enjoy spending time in nature, especially around Loch Leven where I live. I also love going to the cinema, libraries, museums and art galleries.
When at home my hands are always busy making something! Baking, crocheting, gardening, drawing, writing, sewing - you name it!
I have a doggie called Samuel and a cat called Tootsie who I adore.
My Experience
My own children are aged 11 and 13. We’ve been home educating since 2021 after school didn’t work out. I take a neuro-affirming approach to play and education, meaning that I believe that the needs and interests of children come first in everything we do.
I am new to formal babysitting but regularly look after my niece and nephew, and friends of my children. We go on fun outings and day trips and spend long afternoons playing in the garden, in the woods or at the beach.
