My Experience
My current role as a teaching assistant in primary and secondary schools. My role is to oversee the number of pupils in a classroom setting and ensure they are working effectively and understanding what they are being taught and set tasks. I’m also a 1-1 when required for pupils with learning difficulties/challenging behaviour where by communication is paramount for the wellbeing of the pupil and to recognise any needs or concerns that’s might arise and to effectively report back to relevant persons.
