About Me
As a trained children's physiotherapist I am passionate about improving opportunities for children to be active and explore nature. Growing up with a large family and a natural affinity for children, I enjoy finding ways to contribute to a child's development and wellbeing. I am available part time to fit around my work as a physiotherapist. My hobbies include martial arts and a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, climbing, camping, bushcraft, and caving.
My Experience
I have 4.5 years experience working at Seashell, a specialist school and college for children and young people with severe learning disabilities. I now work in the NHS as a specialist community children's physiotherapist where I work with children with a variety of conditions including MSK problems, congenital conditions, and SEND.
My Qualifications
Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) - Manchester Metropolitan University (1st)
Access to HE Diploma (Science) - Bolton College (Distinction)
L3 Diploma in sports massage - Manchester Metropolitan University (Merit)
My Availability
I work Wednesday - Friday and am willing to be flexible beyond these times.
