My Experience

I have over 8 years of hands-on childcare experience, working with children of various ages and stages of development. Alongside my professional experience, I am also a mother of three, which has given me valuable practical knowledge and a deep understanding of children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs.
I studied Health and Social Care at university, where I gained knowledge in child development, safeguarding, health and wellbeing, and supporting children with individual needs. I am currently registering with Ofsted, showing my commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
My experience has helped me develop a patient, nurturing, and person-centred approach, ensuring every child feels safe and valued.

My Qualifications

I hold a university qualification in Health and Social Care, giving me a strong foundation in child development, safeguarding, and promoting wellbeing. I have over 8 years of childcare experience and am currently registering with Ofsted to ensure I meet the highest standards of care.
I am currently on maternity leave from my role as a Care Team Manager, where I lead and support a team while ensuring high-quality care and safeguarding practices are maintained. This role has strengthened my leadership, organisation, and communication skills — all of which positively support my work with children and families.
As a mother of three, I also bring valuable real-life parenting experience, allowing me to provide nurturing, person-centred care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

My Availability

I am available majority days as I am currently on maternity leave till the end of 2026. I will always give notice in advance if I am unavailable or unwell to look after your child/children.
