My Experience

I have experience caring for children through babysitting for family and friends, where I was responsible for supervising playtime, preparing simple meals, helping with homework, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. I ensured routines were followed and that children felt comfortable and supported while their parents were away.
Alongside this, my experience working as a carer has developed my patience, attentiveness, and strong sense of responsibility. In my caring role, I support individuals with daily tasks, personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional reassurance. This has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and prioritise safety at all times and these are skills that are directly transferable to childcare.

My Qualifications

I have achieved GCSEs in English Language (Grade 5), Mathematics (Grade 4), and Combined Science (Grade 4/5). These qualifications have strengthened my communication skills, problem-solving ability, and understanding of scientific and safety principles.
I am currently studying BTEC Level 3 Applied Science, which has further developed my knowledge of health, safety, and responsibility. Alongside my studies, my experience as a carer has strengthened my safeguarding awareness, patience, and ability to provide attentive and compassionate care.

My Availability

I am a college student and available for evening babysitting. I am free from 6pm Monday to Thursday and from 5pm on Fridays. I am dependable and happy to agree on regular or occasional bookings that suit your family’s needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My standard rate is £12 per hour. This reflects my experience in both babysitting and professional care work, where I have developed strong safeguarding awareness, responsibility, and the ability to remain calm and attentive in different situations. I prioritise children’s safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times. Rates may vary depending on the number of children, late evenings, or additional responsibilities. I am happy to discuss arrangements to suit individual family needs.
