About Me
I am a mum of 2 children, aged 15 & 18 and have worked and cared for children for over 30 years in many settings. I have been working as a SEND TA/ 1-1 in 2 local schools in the last 12 years. I enjoy drawing, face painting and going to the gym. Love helping children and there families and have been thinking of going back to being a nanny/after school help/ working with families who need help. I volunteer in an organisation in my town raising money for Christmas.
My Experience
Over 30 years experienced & Qualified.
When I was 19 I worked in a day Nursery for 7 years working my way up to management of the 2nd branch.
A nanny for couple of families over the years.
Childminding when my 2nd child was born.
Then moved on to the schools from nursery to a 1-1 in Reception & KS1
Baby sitting on and off over the years.
My Qualifications
NNEB diploma in Nursery Nursing (level 3)
Cache level 3 diploma in home based childcare
1st aid trained.
Safe guard trained
Training in Mental Health in children.
Special needs training. DBS
My Availability
Available to babysit in the evenings and weekends straight away.
Ideally looking for work to start in Sept or Oct & would need to give 1 months notice for my job. Open to work part time, term time or full time positions. A possibility to start earlier should I find the right fit.
ATM I work Tuesdays all day and every morning till 12.30 so could be available to start work now in the afternoons or after school if needed.
