About Me
Hi! My name is Anisha. I’m 19 years old and in my final 3 months of college as a full time student, while also working part-time in retail.
I am currently completing my A-levels in English Language & Literature, Applied Psychology and Criminology.
I am a kind, patient, and responsible person who truly enjoys having fun with children. I love engaging with them through play, creativity and conversation. I aim to create a fun and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
Studying psychology has helped me develop a strong understanding of children’s communication, behaviour and emotional needs, which I find very helpful when interacting with and caring for children.
My Experience
I have experience in caring for babies and children up to 15 years old through looking after family members’ and friends’ children. I am confident helping with reading, daily routines, playtime and bedtime.
I have also tutored KS1 English and Maths in the past, so I am more than happy to support children with reading practice and homework when needed.
My Qualifications
Alongside my current A-levels and BTEC Applied Level 2 Diploma’s, I achieved a 7 in GCSE English language, 6 in English literature, and a Distinction in Spoken Language. I have also achieved a Merit in IT, a 5 in Sociology and a 5/4 in Double Science.
My Availability
I am currently available for approximately 8-10 hours per week for babysitting or part-time nannying. Also currently learning to drive but happy to support families within walking distance, or within around 1-2 miles of Royston SG8 9 postcode. I can make arrangements for Friday evenings or Saturday overnights. As I am currently in my final months of college, after I finish in June, my availability will expand. From then, I would be happy to discuss more flexible or regular childcare arrangements with families if needed.
Happy to discuss your family’s needs over a phone call at a mutually convenient time. In addition, i’m also available to help with homework support and could accommodate after school pickup from Tannery Drift First School as I’m local to the area.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
My fees are £11-£15, depending on number of children, age and tasks.
