About Me

Hi! My name is Anisha. I’m 19 years old and in my final 2 months of college as a full time student, while also working part-time in retail.
I am currently completing my A-levels in English Language & Literature, Applied Psychology and Criminology.

I am a kind, patient, and responsible person who truly enjoys having fun with children. I love engaging with them through play, creativity and conversation. I aim to create a fun and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported.

Studying psychology has helped me develop a strong understanding of children’s communication, behaviour and emotional needs, which I find very helpful when interacting with and caring for children.

My Experience

I have experience in caring for babies and children up to 15 years old through looking after family members’ and friends’ children. I am confident helping with reading, daily routines, playtime and bedtime.

I have also tutored KS1 English and Maths in the past, so I am more than happy to support children with reading practice and homework when needed.

My Qualifications

Alongside my current A-levels and BTEC Applied Level 2 Diploma’s, I achieved a 7 in GCSE English language, 6 in English literature, and a Distinction in Spoken Language. I have also achieved a Merit in IT, a 5 in Sociology and a 5/4 in Double Science.

My Availability

I am currently available for approximately 8–10 hours per week for babysitting or part-time nannying. As I am currently learning to drive, I am happy to support families within walking distance or within around 1–2 miles of the Royston (SG8) area. I can also offer Friday evenings and occasional Saturday overnight support if needed.

Once I have completed college, from July onwards, I will be available full-time and would be very happy to discuss more regular or flexible childcare arrangements with families.

Happy to discuss your family’s needs over a phone call at a mutually convenient time. In addition, i’m also available to help with homework support and could accommodate after school pickup from Tannery Drift First School as I’m local to the area.
