My Summary
About Me
Our setting is rooted in nature, we offer children the chance to explore, learn, and grow in the great outdoors. At turtles we believe that hands-on experiences with the natural world builds confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Whether it’s investigating bugs under logs, creating art from leaves and twigs, or watching the seasons change in our garden, every day is an adventure! We spend alot of our days outside, encouraging children to connect with their environment and develop a sense of wonder and respect for the world around them :)
We are fortunate to work alongside another childminder through a co-minding arrangement. We also meet with another childminders setting a couple times a week, giving the children opportunities to make lots of friends and enjoy spending time in a larger group. These regular meet-ups also allow us to go on outings together and provide a wider range of social experiences for the children.
We pride ourselves on providing healthy home cooked meals and snacks but also allow packed lunches.
We are passionate about providing the very best childcare in a warm, nurturing environment. Children of all ages are encouraged to explore, discover and learn through play as we work through the early years curriculum together.
We work closely with families to ensure each child’s individual needs are met, helping both you and your child feel happy, confident and secure in their placement. Our relaxed, home-from-home setting welcomes a maximum of three children per day, allowing for plenty of individual attention and care:)
