About Me

I was brought up in a large, traditional family as the youngest of five daughters, and my sisters and I were all privately educated, attending boarding school in North Wales. I am originally from St. Ives, Cornwall, and have extensive experience caring for children, including my four nieces, three nephews, and younger half-brother. From age 16–19, I worked as an au pair in Spain and completed an au pairing course at Long Island University in the USA. I am active, compassionate, and enjoy creating safe, fun, and engaging environments for children.

I’m a friendly, active and responsible person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I love being outdoors, playing sports, and getting creative, whether that’s arts and crafts, storytelling, or imaginative games.

For the past five years I worked on superyachts as a Chief Stewardess, where I regularly looked after children for charter guests and families. This included organising activities, keeping them entertained, and making sure they were safe and happy — often for high-profile families who expected a high level of care and trust. This job involved a lot of travelling in the USA, Caribbean Islands and the Med, which has made me well equip geographically and culturally.

I’m very energetic and sporty (I play football and represented Wales in hockey), so I’m always happy to get involved in active play as well as calmer activities like reading or creative projects.

I also have a degree in Drama, Creative Writing and Acting, which means I love encouraging kids to use their imagination and have fun. I’m responsible, reliable and enjoy creating a positive, safe environment where children feel comfortable and entertained.
