My Experience
I don’t have direct experience working with children yet, but as an Ambulance Care Assistant, I care for people around the clock, which has honed my responsibility, calm under pressure, and first aid skills. I’m passionate about creating a safe, caring environment and I’m excited to bring my dedication to working with kids.
My Qualifications
I hold a FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3) qualification and work as an Ambulance Care Assistant, meaning I am trained in first aid, patient assessment, and responding calmly in medical emergencies. This training gives me strong safety awareness and the confidence to care for others in a calm, responsible, and reassuring way.
My Availability
I’m looking to reduce my hours in my current role. I currently work 5 days a week but I am aiming to reduce this down to 3-4 shifts a week. I’m willing to talk about my hours more in person as I am self employed so my hours vary. I’m available for both day and evening work, particularly Fridays and Saturdays, though I’m flexible and can adjust throughout the week as needed.
