My Requirements

Experienced, reliable nanny/babysitter wanted in Aberdeen for two school-age children, aged 11 and 8.

I travel periodically for work, so I’m looking for someone who can provide flexible ad-hoc childcare, including some afternoons/evenings and, importantly, occasional overnight stays of 1–3 nights in our home while I am away. During overnight bookings, the role would involve managing the normal school routine, meals, homework, activities and bedtime, and generally providing calm, capable sole-charge care.

I’m looking for someone mature, dependable and confident with school-age children, ideally with previous nannying or overnight childcare experience. A current PVG, strong references and first-aid training are important, and a driving licence would be helpful.

I’d like to build the relationship gradually through some shorter daytime/evening sessions before any multi-night stays, so that the children and nanny are completely comfortable with one another.
