My Experience

I have over 5 years of experience working with children in London, including nursery and childcare settings. I have worked mainly with children aged 2–4, supporting their daily routines, learning, and development.

My experience includes planning activities, supporting speech and language development, managing behaviour in a positive way, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment at all times. I also have experience working closely with parents and following individual routines.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioner and have completed an Early Years Apprenticeship. I also have safeguarding training and an enhanced DBS.

In addition, I have a pedagogical diploma from Albania (officially translated and recognised in the UK), which supports my strong understanding of child development and education.

My Availability

I am confident in supporting children’s daily routines, development, and wellbeing. I am able to plan engaging activities, encourage learning through play, and support children’s speech, language, and social skills.

I have strong behaviour management skills and always use a calm and positive approach. I am reliable, organised, and able to work independently while building trust with both children and parents.

I am also flexible, patient, and able to adapt to different family routines and needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)

My hourly rate is £16 for nanny positions and £14 for babysitting. I am flexible depending on hours, duties, and location.

Rates may vary slightly for longer hours, multiple children, or additional responsibilities. I am happy to discuss and agree on a fair arrangement with each family.
