The Family Dynamic
You will be supporting a father (38) and his 13-year-old daughter who lives at home full-time. We are also joined by an 11-year-old son who stays with us two to three nights per week. Our home is a place of mutual respect, and we are looking for a candidate who can offer both professional support and a friendly, positive presence.

The Role & Responsibilities

This is a dual-focus role combining childcare (with an emphasis on "teen-management") and light household management.

• Logistics: Managing school drop-offs, collections, and transport to various after-school clubs/activities.
• Meal Management: Planning and cooking nutritious, fresh meals for the children.
• Household Flow: Ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly, including light tidying and organizational tasks.
• Mentorship: Acting as a grounded, well-educated role model for a teenager and pre-teen.

Schedule & Living Arrangements

• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday.
• Weekends: Generally off, except by prior arrangement when the father is traveling for work.
• Accommodation: Private live-in room with en-suite provided with use of all communal facilities including gym, pool etc.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for the "ideal fit" rather than just a set of checkboxes, but the following are essential:
• Teen Experience: Proven experience working with teenagers and understanding their developmental needs.
• Qualified & Educated: A strong educational background and relevant childcare qualifications.
• Capable Driver: A clean license is a must for school and club runs.
• Proactive Personality: Someone who sees what needs to be done before being asked. Friendly, discreet, and reliable.

Compensation
