About Me
I am a caring, reliable and dedicated childcare professional with a strong background in supporting children with additional needs. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant, providing 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs, where I help with learning, emotional regulation and daily routines.
I have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and a Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies, which have given me a solid understanding of child development, safeguarding and supporting children’s individual needs.
I am passionate about helping children feel safe, supported and confident. I enjoy creating a calm, nurturing environment while also encouraging learning through play and everyday activities. I am patient, understanding and able to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.

My Experience
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, where I provide 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs. In this role, I support with learning activities, communication, emotional regulation and behaviour management, ensuring the child feels supported and included throughout the school day.

I am confident in providing a high level of care, support and attention to children, and I always aim to meet their individual needs in a patient and understanding way.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and a Foundation Degree in Childhood Studies. These qualifications have provided me with a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, and supporting children’s individual needs.
I have also completed relevant training through my role in a school setting, including safeguarding and supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
My Availability
I am available during evenings, weekends, and throughout school holidays on a full-time basis. I am flexible with my availability and happy to work around your family’s routine where possible.
