My Experience

I have developed strong childcare and mentoring skills through a range of experiences. Growing up with two sisters has given me a natural sense of responsibility and patience. I also volunteered as a young leader at a Brownie group, where I helped organise activities, support younger children, and ensure a safe and positive environment. In addition, I tutored maths, which strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles. My role as a mentor for a younger choir further developed my leadership, communication, and encouragement skills. Together, these experiences have made me reliable, caring, and confident in working with children of different ages.

My Qualifications

I’m studying Chemistry at Durham university. I have As at a-level in Chemistry, Maths and Biology. I have no formal childcare qualifications yet . However, I have gained valuable hands-on experience through volunteering, tutoring, and mentoring children of different ages. I’m also interested in developing my childcare skills in the future

Evenings and weekends mostly but also free during the day depending on my timetable

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My babysitting rate is £10 per hour, offering both affordability and quality care. This fee reflects my experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, and leadership roles, as well as my reliability. I provide attentive supervision, engaging activities, and a safe, supportive environment for children of different ages. I’m able to drive, can cook good meals and can help with homework/tutoring.
