My Experience

Over the years, I have developed strong skills in patience, organisation, and understanding children’s needs at different stages of their development. Supporting my child through school, daily routines, and personal growth has given me valuable hands-on experience in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

Being at home has also allowed me to become highly adaptable and responsible, managing schedules, problem-solving day-to-day challenges, and ensuring my child’s wellbeing at all times. I take pride in providing a warm and supportive atmosphere where children feel secure, listened to, and encouraged to learn and grow.

My Qualifications

My qualifications are built on real-life experience as a stay-at-home mum to my 12-year-old child. Through this role, I have developed strong practical skills in childcare, including supporting learning, managing daily routines, and creating a safe and nurturing home environment. I have gained a deep understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs, as well as the importance of patience, consistency, and positive communication.

I am highly organised and responsible, with experience in planning activities, helping with schoolwork, and encouraging personal growth and independence. My role has required me to be adaptable, attentive, and reliable, ensuring my child’s wellbeing at all times.

I am now motivated to build on this experience by working towards formal childcare qualifications and registration, allowing me to provide high-quality care and support to other children and families.
