My Experience

I have worked with the YMCA supporting young people (16–25) and as an HR and Administrative Assistant with Caudwell Children supporting SEND service users (5-16). I studied Business Administration and have skills in people management, CRM, conflict resolution, finance planning, and I am First Aid trained.

I also have cleaning and hygiene experience from Arcus FM and McDonald’s, with strong attention to detail and organisation. As someone who is neurodivergent, I thrive in structured environments and take pride in precise, consistent work; neurodivergence gives me a strong eye for detail, and I particularly enjoy structured, hands-on work.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £9.00 per hour

Minimum wage, if £7.00 an hour is took much then I don't mind lowering to £5.00 or less, as I understand cost of living situations at the moment.
