About Me

Hi there! I’m Carys, the new(ish) mother of 6 month old Eira (pronounced Ay-rah). We live in Upton, along with my husband, Toby, and Labrador, Murphy. Eira’s great - really developing a sense of humour and enjoying learning new things, especially learning about the joys of solid food! I’m enjoying motherhood but need some support over the next 6-9 months as my husband travels for work, and I begin doing some working hours ahead of fuller return in October.

Currently looking for 1 day a week nannying for Eira and support with housework whilst my husband travels for work, and I begin work around a day a week, which can be flexible. Plus, also keen to explore ad hoc babysitting for some evenings in that time if possible.

Further down the line, we’re considering increasing to 3 days a week between October 2026 and January 2027 with possible continuation of support around nursery after Eira goes in Jan.
