My Summary

My Experience

I have over 8 years of childcare experience caring for newborns and children of all ages. A lot of my experience comes from growing up in a big family, I have 9 siblings and I’m the third oldest, so caring for younger children has always been second nature to me. Helping raise my younger siblings has given me plenty of hands on experience with children of different ages, personalities, routines and different needs.

I also have a BTEC in Health & Social Care (Distinction). Alongside this, I continue to care for one of my younger siblings who has diabetes, which has given me experience with additional care responsibilities and made me especially attentive, patient, and responsible.

My Availability

I’m happy to provide school pick ups, take children to the park/activities/appointments, help with meals/snacks, feeding, bath and bedtime routines, bottle prep, homework support, reading, playtime and educational activities.

I can also help with children’s laundry, tidying children’s spaces, packing school bags, preparing uniforms and supervising playdates. I’m available for evenings, weekends, emergency last minute care, and travel with families if needed. I’m also comfortable supporting additional care needs, including diabetes care experience, and I’m pet friendly.
