My Experience

I have experience supporting young children through my work and volunteering at Woodside Nursery School, where I worked with children of different ages and backgrounds, including children with additional support needs and those learning English. My role involved reading with children, helping with play and daily routines, encouraging confidence and social interaction, and creating a safe and engaging environment. I also introduced music and simple guitar activities, which was a great way to connect with children and encourage creativity. This experience helped me become patient, attentive, and confident caring for children in a calm and supportive way.
