My Summary

My Experience

I have previous experience working in nursery settings with children aged from 5 months to 4 years old. During this time, I supported children with their daily care needs, including changing nappies, preparing and serving food, cleaning and maintaining a safe environment, and planning age-appropriate activities to support learning and development.

I also have experience as a nursery room leader, where I was responsible for supervising daily routines, supporting staff, communicating with parents, and ensuring children were cared for in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
I later moved into an apprentice mental health social work role which I am at the end of. This has further developed my communication, safeguarding, empathy, and ability to support children and families with patience and understanding.

My Qualifications

I hold a BA in Childhood Studies and in my last month of my BA social work apprentiship.

My Availability

As I currently work full time, I am available for childcare after 5pm on weekdays. I may also be available during the day when I am on annual leave, with prior notice. I can provide weekend childcare where needed, including daytime or evening babysitting, depending on availability.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My standard rate is £12 per hour. Emergency or short notice childcare may be charged at £14 per hour, depending on availability. Fees for more than one child can be discussed based on the family’s needs.
