Flossy is a wonderful nanny who quickly became a treasured part of our family. Calm, caring and unfailingly reliable, she built a warm and genuine bond with my daughter from day one. Always punctual and well organised, she managed the diary, after-school and holiday activities and daily food prep with ease. She handled sole-charge and overnight care confidently and coordinated tradespeople, deliveries and household tasks without ever needing prompting. Flossy brings a steady, thoughtful presence to the home and is loved by all of us. I cannot recommend her highly enough — any family would be lucky to have her.
