About Me

Hi, I'm a 19-year-old Psychology student at Goldsmiths, University of London with a genuine passion for caring for children and supporting their development. As one of the eldest cousins in a large family, I have spent many years caring for children from newborns to 12 years old, giving me valuable hands-on experience with a wide range of ages and needs.

I am a bubbly, energetic, and caring person who loves creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. I enjoy planning creative activities such as arts and crafts, imaginative play, games, and educational activities that encourage children to explore their interests while developing new skills.

My interest in childcare is closely connected to my future goal of becoming a child psychologist. Studying psychology has strengthened my understanding of children's development, emotions, and behaviour, and I am passionate about supporting children's emotional well-being and confidence.

I believe in being patient, calm, and consistent when caring for children. During challenging moments, I focus on understanding a child's feelings while maintaining clear boundaries and encouraging positive behaviour. I aim to build trusting relationships with both children and parents, ensuring families feel confident that their children are in safe and caring hands.

I also enjoy cooking and would be happy to assist with preparing meals and snacks. Families describe me as reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and easy to get along with, and I take pride in providing high-quality care tailored to each child's individual needs.
