My Experience

I have a wide range of childcare experience both professionally and personally. As a mum to two young boys aged 4 and 2, I have daily hands-on experience caring for children, including managing routines, preparing meals, organising activities, and supporting their development.

I also hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification, where I gained knowledge in child development, safeguarding, and creating a safe and stimulating environment for children of all ages.

In addition, I have experience caring for newborns, including feeding, changing, settling, and following established routines. I am confident looking after multiple children at once and adapting to their individual needs, personalities, and routines.

I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, and learning through play, while always ensuring children are safe, happy, and well cared for.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development, where I gained a strong understanding of how children grow and develop from birth onwards. This included learning about developmental milestones, supporting children’s learning through play, and planning age-appropriate activities.

My training also covered safeguarding and child protection, health and safety, and how to create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children. I developed skills in observing children’s behaviour and development, as well as supporting their emotional and social needs.

In addition, I learned about the importance of routines, communication with children and parents, and promoting positive behaviour. This qualification has given me the knowledge and confidence to provide high-quality care for children of all ages, including newborns.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My hourly rate is between £13–£15 depending on the number of children, their ages, and the hours required. I’m happy to discuss and agree on a rate that works for both sides.

Additional charges may apply for late evenings, weekends, or caring for multiple children. I always aim to be fair and flexible while providing a high standard of care.
