My Experience

Since 2022, I have worked with children of all ages at an interactive farm, where I host large groups, run engaging activities such as pig races, and ensure children are safe, happy, and entertained. This role has developed my confidence, communication, and ability to manage busy environments. As the eldest child, I have also grown up around younger children and naturally take on responsibility and a caring, supportive role.

My Qualifications

I achieved nine GCSEs with grades ranging from 5–8 and hold three A-Levels in English Literature, Business, and History. I am currently studying English Literature at university. As a result, I am able to offer not only childcare but also academic support and tutoring where required.

In addition, through my experience working at a farm, I have developed valuable skills in working with children of a wide range of ages. This role has strengthened my ability to engage with children, support their needs, and create a positive and enjoyable environment for them.

My Availability

I am available throughout July, with the exception of 26th–31st July, and throughout August. I am flexible with my availability and can work mornings, daytime hours, evenings, and late nights. I am happy to help with both last-minute arrangements and bookings made well in advance.

I also have two other part-time jobs, for which I receive my work rota in advance. My shifts typically vary from one to three days per week. However, I am more than happy to work around these commitments and establish a routine that suits your family’s needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

I would be happy to accept £10 per hour as my minimum babysitting rate. As a student, I greatly appreciate any opportunity to earn additional income, while providing reliable and high-quality childcare.

I am also a confident driver, which allows me to travel easily to and from jobs when required. As I am currently living in my family home, I am only able to offer childcare within your home, where children are often most comfortable and settled.

If desired, I am happy to take children on outings to local parks, play areas, or day trips, provided this has been agreed in advance. I am also comfortable keeping children entertained and engaged at home while parents are working or attending to other commitments.
