Hi, I am Lana. I am a 20 year old originally from London but living in Manchester. I am available for babysitting, nannying on a more regular basis, tutoring and/or homework help, school pick ups and more.
I have been studying for my undergraduate degree in Geography at The University of Manchester for the last three years, and I am due to graduate in July 2026. This means I have an extremely flexible schedule! I am looking for work over the summer and likely continuing past the summer, depending on whether I start postgraduate studies in September or not.
I am friendly, polite, caring and creative. I love facilitating creative play and I am very big on screen free play, be it outdoors, or reading books, doing crafts and playing games.

My Experience
I have many years of experience babysitting for children of a range of ages (0-12). This has involved taking care of children on inset days, organising school pick-ups, preparing meals, being responsible for the wellbeing of the children, facilitating creative play and implementing the bedtime routine.
I have also volunteered with children, for example currently I volunteer at The Whitworth gallery in Manchester who host art groups for children. I was also a volunteer tutor for primary aged children whose learning had been affected by the pandemic.
My Qualifications
10 GCSEs grade 6 and above including Maths and English.
3 A-Levels achieving A*, A*, A*.
2:1 degree from The University of Manchester.
I am DBS checked.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.85 per hour
- Nannying from £10.85 per hour (gross)
The national minimum wage for someone my age (20) is £10.85, which is my starting rate for babysitting.
