I am an Indonesian student of PhD in Education at University of Nottingham with a strong passion lifelong learning. I enjoy interacting with children and supporting their growth and development. Before pursuing my doctoral studies, I gained valuable experience as an elementary school teacher, where I developed skills in teaching, communication, and student engagement.
In addition to my academic and professional interests, I have a strong appreciation for cleanliness, organization, and a well-maintained home environment. My Experience
I have extensive experience in the field of education in Indonesia. I worked as an elementary school teacher for two years, where I gained practical experience in teaching young learners and managing classroom activities. In addition, I served as a private tutor for elementary school students for five years, helping children improve their academic performance and learning skills through personalized instruction.
Furthermore, I worked as a lecturer in the Elementary School Teacher Education Program for five years, teaching and mentoring prospective elementary school teachers. Before pursuing my doctoral studies, I also worked as a lecturer in the Educational Technology Program for five years. In this role, I taught courses related to educational technology, instructional design, and innovative learning practices. These diverse experiences have strengthened my expertise in teaching, curriculum development, educational research, and student mentoring across different educational levels.
