My Experience

I have 17 years of experience working with children from early years through to primary age, including serving as a Deputy Head of a nursery and pre-prep setting. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing, while creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments where every child can thrive. My experience includes leading teams, working closely with families and external agencies, managing safeguarding responsibilities as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, and supporting children with additional needs as a SENCO. I am fully trained in first aid and have significant experience managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour using positive behaviour management strategies. My background has equipped me with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, alongside a deep commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for every child in my care.
I also have three children of my own.

My Availability

I can be used for emergency childcare, ad hoc work, school holidays and most evenings and weekends.

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

07:00-19:00 £15 Per Hour
19:00-07:00 £12 Per Hour
