My Experience

I have always cared for the children I work with as if they were part of my own family, raising them with kindness, patience, and genuine love. I believe that feeling safe, loved, and valued is the foundation of happy growth — but I also strongly feel that gentle, consistent boundaries are just as important.

I believe boundaries should be set because they give children a clear sense of security, help them understand what is expected, and teach them respect for themselves and others. When children know where the limits are, they feel protected and confident, rather than confused or unsure. Boundaries aren’t about being strict; they are about guiding them to make good choices, develop self-discipline, and grow into thoughtful, well-balanced young people.

I balance warmth and care with clear, fair rules, always working alongside parents to keep routines and values consistent. I take great pride in helping children thrive in a loving but structured environment.

My Qualifications

I hold a qualification in Health and Social Care, which has given me a strong understanding of child development, wellbeing, safety, and how to support children’s physical and emotional needs.

My Availability

I am available during the week from 11 onwards latest would be 8 if any changes I would definitely let u know .
