My Summary

My Experience

As the eldest daughter in my family, I have spent many years helping to care for my three younger siblings, which has given me strong practical childcare experience from a young age. I also regularly look after my two nephews, both under the age of two, so I am confident caring for babies and young children.

In addition, I completed work experience at a primary school where I supported teachers with classroom activities, helped pupils with their learning, and assisted in maintaining a structured and organised environment. I have also worked as a peer mentor, supporting children aged 11–15 with their wellbeing and leading engaging group activities. Through these experiences, I have developed patience, responsibility, and the ability to manage different needs while keeping children safe, supported, and well cared for.

My Qualifications

I have completed peer mentoring training and achieved three AQA qualifications in Basic Mental Health, Participating in Peer Mentoring Training, and Facilitation Skills. These qualifications have helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, as well as the skills to support and guide young people effectively. I understand the importance of safeguarding, responsibility, and attentiveness when caring for children, and I am committed to providing a high standard of care.

My Availability

Monday-Sunday anytime during through out the day with the exception of overnights. Also unavailable on Saturday
