My Experience

I have over three years' experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school, supporting children from EYFS to Year 3. During my time in school, I worked closely with teachers to help children develop their confidence and understanding in phonics, reading, writing and maths, both in the classroom and through one-to-one and small group interventions.
I also have experience covering English and maths lessons, adapting activities to meet different learning needs and encouraging children to become confident, independent learners.
I understand that every child learns differently, so I take a calm, patient and encouraging approach, tailoring each session to suit your child's individual needs. Whether they need help catching up, building confidence, practising phonics, strengthening maths skills or completing homework, I aim to make learning enjoyable and engaging.
