My Experience

I am currently caring for a 2-year-old boy on flexible days. My responsibilities include preparing him for nursery, giving breakfast/milk and managing nursery drop-off and pick-up. I also support his early development through reading in both English and French as well as engaging him in learning activities such as puzzles, counting, alphabet practice and recognising colours and animals. In addition, I carry out nappy changes and on weekends, take him to parks and outdoor activities to encourage play and exploration.

I also nanny two girls aged 5 and 7. My duties include school and club pick-ups, preparing and serving dinner, and keeping them engaged with games, arts and crafts, origami and reading. I also help them with homework and support the older child with learning French and assist with bedtime routines.

My Qualifications

First Aid trained via agency-based childcare employment

My Availability

I am available full days on Tuesdays, Fridays and weekends. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, I work in the mornings from 6:30–9:00 and in the late afternoon/early evening from 15:30–19:30, so I am available during the mid-day hours between these shifts.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

My rates range from £15–£20 per hour, depending on travel requirements, the number of children being cared for and any additional tasks or responsibilities requested.
