Hi! I'm Tanisha, a friendly, patient and reliable babysitter and tutor based in Wimbledon. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and creating a fun, safe and supportive environment where they can learn, play and build confidence.
I love getting creative with arts and crafts, baking and cooking, reading stories, playing board games, helping with homework and finding activities that match each child's interests and personality. Whether we're making homemade pizzas, painting, building Lego creations or tackling tricky maths homework together, I aim to make every session enjoyable and engaging.
Alongside my career in science and healthcare, I love working with children because every day is different. I enjoy helping them develop new skills, encouraging their curiosity and watching their confidence grow. My goal is to create an environment where children feel happy, supported and excited to learn while giving parents complete peace of mind that their children are in safe and caring hands.
I am happy to provide babysitting, homework support, private tutoring, evening care, weekend care and school holiday childcare. I also don't mind helping with light household tasks, preparing simple meals and snacks, bedtime routines, reading, arts and crafts, educational activities and looking after family pets if needed.

I understand that every child is different, and I always take the time to get to know their personality, interests and individual needs so they feel comfortable, supported and happy in my care.
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), a Diploma in Global Public Health from King's College London and an MSc in Experimental and Translational Immunology from University College London.
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, Down's syndrome, communication difficulties and social, emotional and behavioural needs. I also have experience working with mainstream primary school pupils and have several years of experience providing one-to-one private tutoring.
