About Me
I'm 24 years old and have been working with children for over 4 years. I've been an au pair and a nanny for lots of different families, and I currently work in a nursery.
I've just graduated with a degree in psychology with child development. I love musical theatre, baking, arts and being outdoors! My hours are flexible, and I'm based near the hospital, so there is easy access to much of York, but I don't have a car.
I speak English and some French, so I can help with beginner French. I love creating fun activities that embody learning through games an , and I think it's super important to foster a kid's curiosity about learning!
My Experience
I've been working with children of varying ages (6 months- 16 years) for over 4 years. I currently work flexible part-time hours in a Nursery and receive regular childcare training there. I have been an au pair, so I have experience with live-in duties such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. I have experience helping with homework and can support children's development in a variety of ways, fostering curiosity about the world and following the Early Years Foundation Stage Principles if that is your preference

Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Psychology with Child Development
Level 5 TEFL
My Availability
My availability is flexible; however, I do not look after children in my own home. I'm more than happy to come to yours or take your children to activities.
