About Me
I'm available for babysitting. I am a mother of two teenagers so I have more flexibility to work around their needs. I am a calm and patient person. I love working with children and animals. I am happy to come into your home and help you in a variety of ways. I believe that "it takes a Village" and we should not be carrying this huge load on our own. I can draw on a range of interests, from cooking/baking, arts&crafts, getting kids active/playing games , or just reading together.
My Experience
I have previously had a career in healthcare, the NHS and in schools. I have experience with children with physical and learning disabilities. I have done ad hoc babysitting for 30 years. Happy to discuss your needs and see how I can help you.
My Qualifications
I qualified as a physiotherapist and worked within paediatrics.
My Availability
I'm available during the day, evenings and weekends.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
Passive babysitting from £10 per hour.
(child asleep for approx 75% of the time)
Active babysitting from £13 per hour.
Specialist babysitting (eg SEN) from £15 per hour.
Rates increase with number of children, distance to travel. Rates may reduce with number of hours required.
