A Wonderful and Trustworthy Nanny

I had such a positive experience with Lena and would happily recommend her to other parents.

Today was the first time my 7-month-old daughter had been cared for on her own by someone outside our family, so I was quite nervous about it. Before the booking, I contacted Lena and she was very thoughtful and reassuring from the beginning. She arranged a video call with me to understand my daughter’s routine, personality and needs, and also suggested a settle session beforehand. This gave my daughter a chance to get used to her, and gave us the opportunity to get to know each other before the actual childcare session.

Today, Lena looked after my daughter and took her out for some play time. She kept me updated and sent me photos while they were out, which really helped me feel reassured and know that my daughter was happy and well looked after. It was lovely to see how well they were getting along, and I could genuinely tell from my daughter’s expressions and reactions that she was comfortable with Lena and enjoyed spending time with her.

I was also really impressed by how well prepared Lena was. She had brought different things to keep a baby entertained, including music and toys, and clearly put thought into making the time enjoyable and engaging for her.

Most importantly, I felt that Lena was calm, caring, attentive and trustworthy. As a parent, being able to feel comfortable leaving your baby with someone else is incredibly important, and Lena gave me that confidence.

I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely contact Lena again whenever I need childcare in the future. Thank you so much, Lena!
