I offer a Holistic House Management Service with Optional Childcare | Petcare.
From shopping, nutritious meal prep, cleaning, and house admin to optional pet and childcare. I take care of everything as one trusted person, giving you back your time and energy for play, pleasure and connection.
Minimum of 3 hours per week.
Serving Morningside, Stockbridge, New Town, West End, Murrayfield, Ravelston, Bruntsfield, the Grange, Marchmont, and Fairmilehead.
How I Work
Available for morning, full-day, and afternoon cover
Open to live-in or local roles in Edinburgh (EH7 and surrounding areas)
Non-driver, ideally aligned with live-in roles or properties within walking/transit proximity
This is a single, trusted rate for a multi-role service that goes beyond standard cleaning or nanny work, combining house management, childcare, nutrition, wellbeing, and discreet, high-level home support.
I’m experienced in working in high-value homes, and I am comfortable with the expectations of busy families who value discretion, quality, and calm, well-organised environments

Lena is simply the best. She’s conscientious, kind, and thoughtful.
We were traveling from California and I needed a sitter in Edinburgh, a city I’d never visited, for Saturday night—at bedtime no less. Lena asked to zoom ahead of time to meet the kids and get acquainted. She asked great questions. Lena arrived with balloons for the kids and played games that the kids couldn’t wait to tell me about the next day.
Lena was attuned to both my daughters’ needs and, best of all, my girls had a blast! They laughed, they sang, they made up wonderful characters and stories. The girls are still raving about their time with Lena. Thanks for giving our family a fun holiday memory!

Lena has looked after our daughter twice a week since January 2022. She was flexible in dealing with our needs, she is very reliable and communicates well. She really understands what children enjoy and my daughter loves spending time with her. While cooking isn't part of our arrangement she is passionate about food and nutrition. Lena is a kind and caring person and a pleasure to work with.

Lena has been nanny for our 6 year old son for 10 months. We are very grateful that we found her. She is 100% reliable, she has a holistic approach to childcare which is very much in tune with our own values.
She has a great sense of gauging what will work for the child on that particular day. This meant she could form a close bond with our son and has been an amazing help to our family.
The meals she has prepared for us have been tasty and nutritious which is just what you need after a long day at work.
I can't recommend her enough.

Lena has been our nanny for about 4 months until she sadly needed to change her days, which we couldn’t do. She is so wonderful with our baby and very creative. I always know he’s having fun and is completely safe with her. Lena is very reliable and has never been late (in fact she’s usually early!). She was really responsive to our way of doing things and is also a great cook. We are really going to miss her!

We worked with Lena for a week over the New Year period. She was a pleasure to work with - punctual, communicative and caring. She helped look after our 20 month old daughter on multiple evenings; we felt comfortable leaving her with Lena, and she was able to re-settle her back to sleep when needed. She kept us updated throughout the evening, which was appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
