My name is Hailey and I'm originally from Alberta, Canada. I moved to the UK in 2017 and I have been in and out of the UK every since after meeting my partner, who is from London. My permanent visa was recently approved and now I am here to stay. We have recently moved to Cheltenham for his work and after taking a few years out from childcare, I am ready to jump back in.
My Experience
I've been working with children in some degree for 13 years. I started out doing respite work for foster families, moved on to being a live in au pair, and finally graduated to live out, full time nannying. I've worked with every age from new born to age 13; homeschooled during the covid lockdown; potty trained; and have nannied for up to four children at once. I have a Canadian drivers license, however it does not transfer to the UK as it's for an automatic, not a manual. I am in the middle of learning to drive a manual/opposite side of the road, and seeing as this is a work in progress, I require a position where driving isn't necessary.
My Qualifications
I have no formal qualifications, only years of experience.
My Availability
Ideally no more than 40 hours a week with no weekends and nothing past 6pm unless otherwise arranged babysitting. However, I would be open to weekends and evenings for the right family.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
