About Me
Hi, I’m Laura! I'm 25 and I work at a specialist SEN school. I’m looking to offer childcare/ home help during evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
I've just finished my law degree, but having fallen in love with childcare while studying, I’m now pursuing a career in educational psychology.
My Experience
I’ve worked as 1:1 support at a specialist SEN school for the last few years, with experience across primary to secondary age children and a range of needs. I’ve also tutored children in various subjects.
My Qualifications
Full DBS check, first aid training, and a Team Teach qualification (behaviour management and safe de-escalation techniques).
I fell in love with Childcare while completing my degree, so am perusing further education to become an educational psychologist.
My Availability
Throughout the school holidays I'm very flexible! During term time, I work weekdays 9am–3pm, so I can offer late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I would be happy to do school pickups if it works around these times!
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
Happy to discuss, ideally £14+ per hour.
