About Me
I am a university student home for the summer, currently studying Education at the University of York with the goal of becoming a teacher. I love working with children and have experience caring for a wide range of ages. Now that I'm home for the summer, I'm looking for work and am very flexible and available for all kinds of childcare or pet-sitting roles. I have a full UK driving licence and my own car, a full Enhanced DBS, and qualifications in First Aid and Lifesaving. A little more about me: I love cooking and baking, and I'm a huge animal lover, so you'll often find me out on long walks with my two dogs Teddy and Panther! I'm a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic person, and I'd love the opportunity to support your family this summer.
My Experience
I previously worked as a party host at a pottery painting studio for children aged 5–12, and in the summer of 2025 I worked at an overnight Camp America camp, caring for a group of fifteen 12-year-old girls. I have also gained experience working in a nursery with babies and preschool-aged children.
My Qualifications
Experience working in a variety of childcare-based roles. Enhanced DBS. Full UK Driving Licence. Lifesaving and First Aid Qualifications. Level 2 in Food and Hygeine.
