My Experience

Working with children and young people has been at the heart of my career for over 13 years, and it's something I remain incredibly passionate about. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Children's Development and Learning, which, alongside my hands-on experience, has given me a strong understanding of how children grow, learn, and thrive.

Throughout my journey, I have completed a variety of training courses and professional development opportunities that have helped me continually expand my knowledge and skills. I love learning new approaches and finding creative ways to support children.

I am a huge believer in the power of play, recognising it as one of the most important ways children learn, build confidence, develop relationships, and make sense of the world around them. I am a strong advocate for children's voices, rights, and wellbeing, and I strive to create nurturing, inclusive, and exciting environments where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered.
