My Experience

I am an experienced KS1 and KS2 teacher with over 25 years in the classroom, specialising in building confidence, core skills and positive learning habits in children who benefit from personalised support. I have extensive experience working with pupils with SEND and collaborate closely with Learning Support teams to create tailored, effective interventions.

My background in education gives me a strong foundation in curriculum design, assessment and pastoral care. I bring a calm, organised and empathetic approach, helping children feel safe, understood and ready to learn.

I focus on creating engaging, accessible lessons that reflect each child’s interests and strengths, using clear communication, structured teaching and purposeful use of technology.

I am passionate about promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience and a growth mindset, ensuring that academic progress and personal confidence grow side by side.

My goal is always the same: to help every learner feel capable, supported and proud of what they can achieve.
