Hello! My name is Rafa, I am a 26 year old woman from Brazil who just completed her law degree and loves children. I am looking for work in childcare while completing my SQE qualifications. I am friendly, peppy, and upbeat, with a sunny disposition and excellent communication skills. I speak English & Portuguese fluently, and French & Spanish conversationally. I’m an excellent cook, love animals, passionate about music and the arts, and just overall have a lot of love to give. I’m intelligent, caring, and very responsible. My hobbies include crafts, reading, and going outside to enjoy the sun.
My Experience
I do not have professional childcare experience, but I have provided extensive babysitting services over the years. I am an aunt and godmother to a 2.5 year old boy, and often look after him when his mum is unavailable. I also have some tutoring experience, as I provided English tutoring for two children between 2020-2022 (9yo girl and 11yo boy). Outside those consistent experiences, I have also done some one-off babysitting work here and there, usually with children of friends or family. I do not currently have official qualifications, but am currently in the process of looking into it.
My Qualifications
First Class degree in LLB Law. Do not currently have any childcare qualifications but am in the process of looking into it.
My Availability
As I have just finished my degree and will be graduating in September, I am currently available at any and all times. My schedule is very flexible and I am more than willing to work around what is good for you!
