My Experience

I have developed a strong foundation in childcare through a combination of babysitting, summer camp counseling, and volunteering with children. Most recently, I have provided regular babysitting support throughout this summer for children ranging from one to six years old, gaining valuable experience caring for children at different developmental stages and adapting to their individual personalities, routines, and needs.
My responsibilities have included supporting daily routines, assisting with homework, planning creative and educational activities, encouraging imaginative play, organizing outdoor activities, managing school and camp pickups, and preparing healthy, nutritious meals. I enjoy creating a balance between structured activities and fun, allowing children to feel supported while also encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence.
Through my summer babysitting experience, I have learned the importance of being attentive, patient, and adaptable while providing a safe and nurturing environment. I understand that every child is unique and requires a thoughtful approach, whether that means helping them learn new skills, supporting their emotional development, or simply providing a reliable and positive presence in their daily lives.
My experience as a summer camp counselor further strengthened my ability to engage with children through group activities, problem-solving, and creative learning experiences while prioritising their safety and wellbeing. I have developed strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills, and I value building trusting relationships with both children and families. I am passionate about creating a caring environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and able to thrive.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
• Nannying from £22.00 per hour (gross)

Babysitting: £15–£18 per hour
Nannying: £17–£22 per hour
