About Me
I offer professional evening and weekend babysitting in the comfort of your own home, allowing parents to enjoy some well-earned time out knowing their children are being cared for safely.
I am a qualified teacher with more than 10 years’ experience teaching in both mainstream and specialist SEND provisions. My degree is in Early Childhood Studies, and I am also a Qualified Teacher of Children and Young People with Vision Impairment (QTVI).
I have extensive experience supporting children with and without additional needs, including autism, ADHD, visual impairment, communication difficulties, sensory needs and complex needs.
My approach is warm, calm and child-centred. I take time to understand each child’s personality, routines, communication, interests and individual needs. Support can include play and activities, preparing simple meals, following evening routines and settling children for bed.

My Experience

Throughout my career, I have supported children of different ages and abilities, including children with autism, ADHD, visual impairment, complex medical needs, communication difficulties and sensory needs. I have experience using Makaton, supporting children who communicate non-verbally, following individual care and behaviour-support plans, and adapting activities to meet each child’s needs.
I am also a parent of three children, which has given me extensive practical experience of everyday family life, routines and caring for children at different ages.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified teacher and hold a degree in Early Childhood Studies. I am also a Qualified Teacher of Children and Young People with Vision Impairment (QTVI) and have training and experience in safeguarding, first aid and Makaton.
My Availability
I am available for evening and weekend babysitting in families’ own homes across Liverpool. My availability may vary around my teaching commitments, but I can accept both advance bookings and occasional childcare requests. A minimum booking of three hours applies. My Fees
- Babysitting from £35.00 per hour
My fees start from £35 per hour for one child and £40 per hour for two children. A minimum booking of three hours applies. Fees for three or more children can be discussed based on your family’s requirements.
