My Summary
Supporting Parents Without Judgement, Building Confidence And Creating Practical Baby Routines.
About Me
I am a warm and caring maternity nurse who provides nurturing, compassionate and practical support to newborn babies and their families. My calm and reassuring approach helps parents feel supported, rested and more confident during the important first weeks and months of their baby’s life.
I understand that every baby and family is different. I provide gentle care tailored to each family’s needs, preferences and routines.
My Experience
I have more than 20 years’ experience caring for babies and children, including private night-nanny work and supporting families with newborn care.
I can assist with feeding and expressing, safe breast-milk preparation and storage, bottle feeding, settling, bathing and establishing gentle feeding and sleep routines. I also offer reassurance, practical guidance and emotional support, helping parents understand their baby’s needs and grow in confidence.
I have experience caring for twins and babies who require additional support. My previous work as a healthcare assistant within NHS paediatric settings has also given me valuable experience in safe care, infection control, safeguarding, monitoring, accurate record-keeping and working sensitively with families.
My role is to support parents without judgement, build their confidence and establish practical routines suited to their baby and household.

Stephanie worked with us as a night nanny when my twins were born and just a couple of
months old. She looked after them in the night and fed them, changed them and settled
them. She was very conscientious and caring and while we’d tried a few night nannies
previously, she was the only night nanny I used who I felt I trusted could look after them
without me. She was gentle with the babies, very attentive and hard working. I recommend
her highly.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Stephanie enough. Our son was a terrible sleeper as a baby and wasn’t sleeping through the night, and we were absolutely exhausted.
Stephanie was genuinely a lifesaver. She was calm, caring and so reassuring, and it gave us the chance to finally get some much-needed sleep knowing our baby was in safe hands. She also helped us understand his sleep patterns and establish a better routine, which made such a difference.
If you’re considering a night nanny, I couldn’t recommend Stephanie highly enough. One of the best things we did during those early months.

I am very happy to provide a reference for Stephanie, who cared for both of our boys from when they were just a few months old until they were 3 and 4 years old.
Stephanie was an exceptional nanny and became a very important part of our family. She is calm, nurturing, caring, loving and incredibly kind. Her patience is quite simply beyond belief, and she always approached the boys with warmth, understanding and encouragement. They absolutely adored her, and it was clear how much they loved and trusted her.
During her time with us, Stephanie took care of all aspects of the boys’ daily needs. She fed and changed them, prepared fresh and nutritious meals, put them down for naps and bedtime, collected them from nursery and took them on outings. She also planned wonderful, age-appropriate activities and spent time helping them develop new skills and explore the world around them.
Stephanie is extremely hardworking, well organised and punctual. She is also wonderfully flexible and always willing to go above and beyond to help. She communicated brilliantly with us as parents, keeping us informed and making sure we were always comfortable with the boys’ routines and plans. Most importantly, their safety and wellbeing always came first.
Knowing that Stephanie was looking after our children gave us complete peace of mind. We always felt relaxed and confident that they were in the safest hands and being cared for in the very best possible way.
I would 100% recommend Stephanie as a nanny. She was fantastic with our boys, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her care for them during such an important part of their early years. Any family would be very fortunate to have Stephanie looking after their children.
