I have experience working with children and genuinely enjoy creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment for them. I would describe myself as a calm, kind and caring person, and I always aim to make children feel comfortable, supported and happy in my care.
Through my experience working in nurseries, I have developed good skills in planning and creating age-appropriate activities that are both enjoyable and educational. I really enjoy getting creative and finding activities that suit each child’s interests, personality and stage of development. I would love the opportunity to bring this experience into a nanny role and build a warm, positive relationship with the child and the family.
My Experience
I currently work in a private nursery, where I have experience caring for children aged 8 months to 4 years. I've worked there for two and a half years. As a Room Leader, my main responsibilities include planning engaging activities, supporting children's learning and development, ensuring their safety and well-being, communicating with parents, and leading and supporting other staff members. This experience has helped me develop strong childcare, communication, and organisational skills. I am also a very patient, caring, calm and nurturing person which I believe would make me a great nanny.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, which has given me a strong understanding of children’s development, learning and wellbeing. I also hold a degree in Criminology and Youth Studies. I do also have my English and maths qualifications.
My Availability
I am available to start full-time nannying from 5th October onwards. I’m also happy to be flexible and offer some evening childcare, depending on my availability. I would be very happy to discuss this further and find an arrangement that works well for the family.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
My fee is £17 per hour for nannying. I am happy to discuss rates depending on the hours, responsibilities and requirements of the role.
