My Experience

I have experience supporting and caring for children through volunteering at school, including working with students with physical and learning disabilities. This developed my patience, empathy and ability to adapt my communication to different children’s needs. I was also Deputy Head Girl at Ampleforth College, where I represented the school, welcomed prospective families and guests, and organised school initiatives. I am responsible, caring and reliable, and have completed first aid training through CCF and my school curriculum.

My Qualifications

I have recently completed my A-levels at Ampleforth College, studying Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics, and am taking a gap year before starting university next year. I have completed first aid training through CCF and as part of my school curriculum. I also hold a full UK driving licence. During school, I completed my Gold and Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards and was an active member of CCF for five years.

My Availability

I currently work during the day, so I am primarily looking for evening babysitting work. I am available most evenings during the week and can be flexible with timings depending on the family’s needs. I may also be available for occasional weekend babysitting. I will be travelling for some periods throughout the year, but I will always communicate my availability in advance.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My starting rate is £10 per hour. I am happy to discuss rates depending on the number and ages of the children and the requirements of the job. I am flexible and would be happy to agree a rate that works for the family.
