About Me
Hi there!
My name is Urte Sereikaite, I am a 26 year old masters student living in south London.
I have recently relocated from Brighton to London to study my masters in Human rights Law at Goldsmiths University, which starts at the end of September.
I am originally from Lithuania but grew up in London since the age of 8. I moved to Brighton to study my undergraduate at Sussex University. After graduating I chose to stay in Brighton for another 5-6 years. Having lived there for 8 years, I felt it was time to return to the hustle and bustle of the big city and explore new avenues for work, culture and education.
I love travelling, being in nature, sports/ fitness, cooking, theatre, music and film. I would consider myself to be a little bit of a social butterfly, I enjoy meeting new people and socialising with friends, going for a coffee or a dance.
I am passionate about working with children because I feel they see the world in a way that most of us adults no longer do. A pure and genuine curiosity about the things going on around them, without judgement or a pre-conditioned hatred towards anything/anyone. I believe we must nurture, protect and develop this eagerness they have for the world and all it has to offer. Perhaps, we could actually learn and benefit from seeing the world from their lens.
I am a reliable, calm and communicative individual. I am enthusiastic and caring. I would be willing to take on extra jobs around the house if needed. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions.
My Experience
I have several years of experience working with children both in an educational setting as well as private childcare setting.
June 2026: Private care of 2 year old toddler whilst abroad in Europe. (references available upon request).
June - August 2019 : Camp Councelor / adventure specialist at Southwoods summer camp New York, USA.
- Facilitating and teaching numerous outdoor, adventure activities for children ages 7-14.
- Activities included; rock climbing, hiking, canoeing etc.
February 2016 - November 2017 : Volunteer teaching assistant at Arts Depot Youth Panel – Junior performers drama club.
- Assisted with children aged 7-10 at an after-school drama club.
- Lead warm up sessions.
- Guiding children through tasks.
- Helped the teacher lead the session.

Second class degree, Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
Level 3 food safety.

My Availability
Now till 29th September - Full time weekday and weekend availability
29th September onwards - Weekend availability and occasional weekdays. (Depending on timetable).
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
Weekdays £15p/h
Weekends £17p/h
