I genuinely love spending time with children and creating a warm, friendly environment where they feel happy, comfortable and safe. I believe every child is unique, with their own personality, interests and individual needs, so I always try to understand and support them in a way that feels right for them. I enjoy encouraging children’s natural development through play, creativity and everyday activities, without making them feel pressured to learn. The early years are a very special stage of life, and I love making this time fun and meaningful through games, crafts, storytelling and new experiences.
My Experience
I have experience creating educational resources for children and organising fun, engaging workshops that encourage creativity and participation. I also enjoy painting, arts and crafts, and planning creative activities for children.
My Qualifications
I have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and I am currently studying for an MRes in Chemical Engineering

Mahya was great with my autistic son. She followed his lead through play, engaged really well with him despite his limited communication skills, and made sure his needs were met. She has a gentle, calm approach, which I think is hugely important when working with children with SEN. I’m really glad I came across her and will definitely be using her again!
